Fragrant Pharmacy’s Affirmative Series reminds us of the power of affirmations to restore balance by sending positive messages to our subconscious. Negative thoughts beget negative emotions which beget negative energy. Negative energy causes imbalances to mind, body, and spirit which can manifest as unhealthy and destructive conditions. But we have the power within ourselves to change the negativity and bring us back to positive emotional  well-being.
