Ordering, Payment, and Shipping Policy

To Place Your Order:

For prompt handling of your order we ask that you place your order through our secure online Google Checkout available 24 hours a day. You may also phone in your order toll free at 1-866-748-0163. Please call between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday or leave a message if calling after hours or week-ends.

Payment:

Google Checkout accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. If your prefer, you may pay by money order or certified check if ordering by toll free phone, 1-866-748-0163. Shipment, then, will be upon receipt of payment. We do not accept personal checks.

Return Policy

1. If we make an error with your shipped order, contact Fragrant Pharmacy immediately at 866-748-0163 or the contact page at www.fragrantpharm.com for instructions. We will gladly pay for reshipment.

2. Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please understand that products that have been opened “just to try out” cannot be returned for obvious hygienic considerations. We offer sample kits for sampling.

3. Returns authorized beyond the two week period will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

4. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the Consumer.

Handling Charge

This charge is automatically included in the cost of your shipping, and helps to cover our personalized handling costs. Each item you order is hand poured and packaged the day the order is received to ensure your formulas are as fresh as possible.

Shipping

1. Our default shipping agent is USPS.

2. Charges: All orders between $0-$50 is $4.95
All Orders $50.01 and above is $7.95

3. Credit and debit orders placed before 3:00 pm CST are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST are shipped on the next business day.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Sample Policy

Receive three (3) free samples (1/5 dram glass vial = approx. 20 drops) of our products with every total purchase. Samples are our choice unless you specify your (3) three free samples from the drop down menu under “Free Samples with Total Purchase” on the bottom of the store page.
